About Our Loyalty Program
We launched our Loyalty Program on May 12th 2025, as a way to formally recognise and reward our returning customers. Over the years, we’ve been lucky to have a strong base of loyal customers, and this program was created to give something back for that continued support.
The program allows customers to earn points for purchases and other actions, which can then be redeemed for rewards. It’s free to join and enables you to apply discounts and redeem rewards once logged in.
We’ve shared the launch across our website, emails and social channels, but we understand that not everyone may have seen the announcement.
If you’ve been with us for a long time and are just learning about it now, we encourage you to log in and explore the benefits available to you.

How do I join Hoselink Plant Pals?
Becoming a Plant Pal couldn’t be easier and it’s free to join. All you have to do is:
Go to https://www.hoselink.com.au/pages/loyalty-rewards
If you already have a Hoselink account, click “Sign In” at the top of the page. Select your email and insert the verification code that will be sent to your email address used for your Hoselink account. Click submit and you’re done. You can then go to your Profile and complete your name and address details.
If you don’t have a Hoselink account, click “Join Us”. Insert your email address and select Continue. You will be sent a verification code to your email address. Insert this code, click submit and you’re done. You can then go to your Profile and complete your name and address details.

There are a number of ways you can earn points. One is simply by shopping online at www.hoselink.com.au. Please see the Loyalty Page for more information and ways to earn points.

No, but you will be placed in the tier that is relevant to your spend from the last 12 months. To maintain the tier you are in, you will need to maintain the minimum spend associated with that tier over the next 12 months.

You won’t be able to earn points on purchases made before 12th May 2025.

Simply sign in to your account and check your point balance.

Don’t panic – just reach out to our friendly customer service team and they'll be happy to assist you.

It can take up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account. If you still don’t see them after this, just contact our customer service team who can help you track them down.

Yes, all points expire after 12 months if not redeemed. Reward points may be redeemed for reward coupons from the day they are issued.

Yes, the points will be retracted in case of return/cancellation of the order.
How do I redeem my points?

The easiest way to redeem your points is online. To redeem your points, you can either click on the Rewards section in the Checkout Cart and select an eligible coupon to apply directly to your cart. Or you can go to your Account, click “Redeem” on an eligible coupon and copy the code, then paste into the “Discount code” section of the checkout. Please note, you must be logged in to redeem your points.
Can I use my points alongside promotions or other discounts?

Unfortunately, your Plant Pals rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, such as Boxing Day or Black Friday sales.

Plant Pals points are not transferable between accounts and are not convertible to cash.
