Finding Your Discount
How you access your discount depends on the type of reward you have earned:
Points-Based Rewards (e.g., $10 off):
At Checkout: Simply click the Rewards section in your cart and select an eligible coupon to apply it instantly.
Via Your Account: Log in to your account, click Redeem, copy the provided code, and paste it into the "Discount code" box at checkout.
Tier Entry Rewards (5%, 10%, or 15% off):
These are the only rewards sent via email. You can also find these codes in the Rewards section of your account.
Welcome Rewards: These appear as codes within the Rewards section of your account once you have joined.
Note: You must be logged in to your account to redeem points and use rewards.
Joining the Program
Participation is not automatic. To start earning points and accessing discounts, you must actively join the loyalty program. Once you’ve signed up, points will be tracked on all eligible purchases and actions.
Understanding Tier Rewards
Tier rewards (the 5%, 10%, and 15% discounts) are designed to celebrate your progress.
Single Use: These rewards apply only to the first order placed after you reach a new tier threshold.
Thresholds:
Entry: 5% Welcome Reward.
Spend Over $299: Move to the next tier and receive 10% off your next order.
Spend Over $599: Move to the top tier and receive 15% off your next order.
Combining Discounts (Stacking)
Can you use more than one code at once? It depends on the discount type:
Discount Type | Can be combined? |
Percentage Discounts (%, e.g., 10% off) | No. These cannot be combined with any other offers. |
Dollar-Value Rewards ($, e.g., $10 off) | Yes. You may redeem and use multiple dollar-value rewards on a single order. |
Refunds and Points
If you return an order that was paid for using loyalty points:
The portion paid via credit/debit card will be refunded to your original payment method.
The equivalent number of points used will be credited back to your loyalty account for future use.
