Order changes may be possible depending on how far along the fulfilment process your order is.
If your order has not yet been packed by the warehouse team, we will be able to make amendments. A member of the customer service team will need to action this.
If your order has been shipped (but not delivered) and you wish to change the delivery address, you have the option to redirect your parcel with Australia Post.
To do so:

Follow the steps to redirect your parcel.
