How do I track my order?

Track your order from the website or email confirmation.

All orders get shipped with Australia Post.

If your order is sent in more than one parcel, please note these can get separated in transit and arrive on different days.

Most parcels arrive within 3 business days of the estimated date of arrival.

From the Website

  1. Sign into your account from the Hoselink website (www.hoselink.com.au). Click on the person icon of the top right hand side of the website

    Enter your email address & hit enter. A 6 digit code will be sent your email. Enter that code to log in.

  2. Click on the 'orders' tab. A list of your orders will appear, with the most recent one at the top.

    The status of the order will be indicated as:

    Confirmed - We have received your order!

    On its way - Your order has shipped. A tracking confirmation has been sent to your nominated email address. Tracking will update within 24 hours.

    Delivered - The item has arrived at your nominated address.

  3. Click into the order to get tracking information.

From Email

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number (please allow up to 24 hours for scans to show in their tracking system).

As this moves through transit your parcel(s) will update with an estimated date of arrive. Track with Australia Post
