Overview of returns and exchanges
Hoselink offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases that do not meet customer expectations.
Eligibility extends to items purchased directly from us at hoselink.com.au.
Preparing your item for return or exchange
Check Eligibility:
Ensure that the return process commences within the 30 day window (from delivery).
Proof of purchase from our online store online www.hoselink.com.au, must be provided.
Prepaid Return Label: Reach out to Hoselink customer service who will email you a prepaid return label. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders in case the email with the label is not in your primary inbox. These are sent from an Australia Post email address.
Note: If your return includes a solar light you will need to print and attach a ‘dangerous goods’ label to put on the return parcel. If you do not have a printer, you can ask our team to post one out for you, as Australia Post will not have this label to print off for you.
Pack the Item: Properly box up the product, ensuring it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Using prepaid return labels
Once you have your prepaid return label:
Attach the prepaid label to the package. If you cannot print the label, you can show the email at the post office, where they will print it for you.
Take the package to your nearest post office to lodge.
Receiving replacements or refunds
Exchanges: Once the returned item is received, Hoselink will ship your replacement product. If there is a price difference, it will be invoiced, and the replacement will be dispatched once the payment is received. Or if the exchanged item has a lower value than the original item purchased, we will refund the difference.
Refunds: If you are returning an unused product, a refund will be processed once the warehouse receives the item.
Faulty items and special cases
For faulty products, replacements are generally sent out first to minimise disruption. Once you receive the replacement, use its packaging to pack and return the item (Hoselink customer service team will advise if the return is necessary).
