How can I obtain an invoice for an order I have placed?

You can easily download a PDF invoice for your order from the account page on our website.

You can access this in any of the following ways:

  1. From your confirmation email

    Open your order confirmation email.

    Click the provided link to 'view your order'. This will direct you to your account page (login may be required). From the orders page you can download your PDF invoice directly.

  2. From your online account

    Sign into your account from the Hoselink website (www.hoselink.com.au). Click on the person icon of the top right hand side of the website

    Enter your email address & hit enter. A 6 digit code will be sent your email. Enter that code to log in.

    Go to the 'Orders' page

    Select the relevant order.

    Click 'Download PDF Invoice'.

  3. Using our live chat window

    Open the live chat feature on our website.

    If you are not logged into your account:

    Under 'order status', enter your order number and the email address linked to your order.

    Click 'See your order'.

    Select the order, then click 'Download PDF Invoice'.

    If you are logged into your account:

    A list of all your orders will appear in the chat window. Click on the order you are enquiring about.


    Troubleshooting missing invoices

    If your invoice is not visible in your inbox after purchase, follow these steps:

    • Check spam/junk folders: Sometimes, invoices may be directed to your spam or junk folders. This is especially common if you are using a business email account.

    • Request a resend: If the invoice is still missing, contact Hoselink customer service and request them to resend it. They will help ensure you receive another copy.
