Technician Repair
If your Retractable hose reel has a repairable issue, we can arrange to get this back for our technician to repair. It would be dependent on a number of conditions:
Is within the warranty period:, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label, so you can return the Reel via any Australia Post outlet at no cost to you.
Out of the warranty period: We’re more than happy to repair your Hose Reel (if deemed repairable). We can arrange this for $80 which will include the postage costs both ways as well as the technicians time to repair the hose reel. Whilst it may be diagnosed with our team as repairable based on the discussions had, until it's back at our warehouse and inspected, we cannot guarantee this. Of course, if it's not fixable, we can then discuss what other options are available.
Was purchased 2019 or later.
