Technician Repair
If your Retractable hose reel has a repairable fault, we can arrange to get this back for our technician to repair. It would be dependent on a number of conditions:
Is within the warranty period:, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label, so you can return the Reel via any Australia Post outlet at no cost to you.
Out of the warranty period: We’re more than happy to repair your Hose Reel (if deemed repairable) free of charge, we just ask you to cover the postage cost. We can arrange this for $30 ($15 each way) and there is no charge for the repair itself.
Was purchased 2018 or later.
Note: We do not offer a service where we come out to your property.
