Cause
This typically only occurs with the Evolve Hose Reel when the hose is pulled at a sharp angle around a corner, placing ongoing pressure on the side roller over time.
Resolution
If one or both rollers have broken off the PLS, this cannot be repaired.
If the Evolve Hose Reel is within the 5 year warranty, it is eligible for replacement.
