Symptom:
The sprinkler is not moving back and forth smoothly or is getting stuck in one position.

Low water pressure - not having adequate water pressure for it to oscillate.
Adjustment tabs not correctly positioned.
Blocked jet nozzles.
Debris build-up in filter.
Friction and grit in the gear mechanism.

Below is a video that may assist with the initial set up of the Oscillating Sprinkler. Otherwise troubleshooting instructions to try are below:
Instructions:
Ensure the tap is turned on fully, the flow dial on the Oscillating Sprinkler is turned fully to the + symbol and the lever on the Hose Connector with Flow Control is fully open.
Ensure the two sliding adjustment tabs on the Oscillating Sprinkler are set apart enough so the main bar can oscillate correctly between the desired area.
Use the included Cleaning Pin to poke the black jet nozzles positioned along the main bar of the sprinkler to ensure no blockages.
Unscrew the Accessory Connector from the brass thread of the Oscillating Sprinkler and remove any dirt or debris which could be affecting the flow of water entering the sprinkler.
Try spraying some silicon based lubricant into the joints where the spray bar rotates.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue then a replacement sprinkler will be required. All sprinklers carry a 12 month warranty. To start a warranty claim, contact Customer Support.
Leaking from between Brass Thread and Hoselink Accessory Connector
Symptom:
A leak is occurring between the brass thread on the Oscillating Sprinkler and where the Hoselink Accessory Connector screws in.

Damaged Accessory Connector.
Damaged or worn down Washer.
Resolution 1: Swap Accessory Connectors

Unscrew the Hoselink Accessory Connector from the side of your sprinkler.
Take a known working Accessory Connector from another Hoselink accessory (such as a spray gun or a different sprinkler) and screw it into the leaking sprinkler unit.
Turn on the water and see if leak continues or has stopped.

If swapping Accessory Connectors did not resolve the leak, follow the below instructions
Unscrew the Hoselink Accessory Connector from the brass threaded connection and replace the 3/4 inch washer. Replacement 3/4 inch washers can be purchased online HERE.
If leaking persists after replacing the washer then a replacement sprinkler is required. The Oscillating Sprinkler has a 12 month warranty. To start a warranty claim, contact Customer Support.
Leaking from between Brass Thread and Body of the Oscillating Sprinkler
Symptom:
A leak is occurring between the brass thread and the main body of the Oscillating Sprinkler.

Causes
Pulling on the hose to move the position of the Oscillating Sprinkler.
Dropping the Oscillating Sprinkler.

If a leak is occurring between the brass thread and the main body of the Oscillating Sprinkler, this cannot be repaired and a replacement sprinkler will be required. The Oscillating Sprinkler has a 12 month warranty. To start a warranty claim contact Customer Support.
Leaking from On/Off Valve Button
Symptom:
A leak is occurring from one of the On/Off valve buttons. There are 3 valve buttons positioned on each end of the main bar of the Oscillating Sprinkler.

Typically this only occurs if one of the on/off valve buttons is missing.
Resolution

The on/off valve buttons are replaceable. Replacement on/off valves can be obtained by contacting Customer Support. To install the new on/off valve, simply push the valve button into the hole.
Brass Thread Broken
Symptom: The brass threaded connection has broken away from the body of the Oscillating Sprinkler.

Pulling hose to move sprinkler position.
Dropping the sprinkler.

If the brass threaded connection has come away from the body of the Oscillating Sprinkler, this is not repairable and a replacement will be required. The Oscillating Sprinkler comes with a 12 month warranty. To start a warranty claim, contact Customer Support.
Missing Black Jets
Symptom:
One or more of the black jets along the main bar of the Oscillating Sprinkler are missing causing a large stream of water to spray out of the hole.

The black jets are replaceable. Replacement spar black jets can be obtained by contacting Customer Support. To install the spare black jets, simply push them into the holes.
