Leaking from Base of the Sprayer and Hoselink Accessory Connector
Symptom: A leak is occurring between the bottom of the sprayer and where the Hoselink Accessory Connector screws in.

Instructions:
Unscrew the Hoselink Accessory Connector from the side of your sprayer.
Take a known working Accessory Connector from another Hoselink accessory (such as a spray gun or a different sprinkler) and screw it into the leaking sprinkler unit.
Turn on the water and see if leak continues or has stopped.

If swapping Accessory Connectors did not resolve the leak, follow the below instructions
Unscrew the Hoselink Accessory Connector from the base of the sprayer and replace the 3/4 inch washer. Replacement 3/4 inch washers can be purchased online HERE.
If leaking persists after replacing the washer then a replacement sprinkler is required. The Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer has a 2 year warranty.

Leaking from the Face
Symptom: A leak is occurring from the face area of the sprayer.

Loose Centre Screw.

Instruction:
Using a Philips head screwdriver, tighten the centre screw in the face of the Comfort 8-Pattern Flow Control Sprayer.

Instructions:
Using a Phillips Head Screwdriver, turn the screw anti-clockwise until it is completely removed.
Set the screw aside in a safe place.
Gently pull the circular faceplate away from the main body of the spray gun.
Submerge both the faceplate and the spray gun head in a bowl of warm, soapy water.
Use a soft cloth or an old toothbrush to scrub the internal channels and the back of the dial.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water to ensure all sand, mineral deposits, or dirt are removed.
Carefully lift the O-ring out of its groove using a small pin or similar.
Flip the O-ring over so the unused side is now facing outwards. This provides a fresh surface for a better seal.
Apply a small amount of Silicone Lubricant to the O-ring to help it seat correctly and make the dial easier to turn.
Align the faceplate back onto the spray gun head and hold it in place firmly.
Insert the centre screw and turn clockwise until secured.

Symptom: A leak is occurring from the thumb lever where you control the flow of water.

Symptom: A leak is occurring from somewhere along the handle of the sprayer.

Sporadic Spray Pattern
Symptom: The water coming from the sprayer is not in a uniform, symmetrical pattern and is spraying sporadically.

Instructions:
Using a Phillips Head Screwdriver, turn the screw anti-clockwise until it is completely removed.
Set the screw aside in a safe place.
Gently pull the circular faceplate away from the main body of the spray gun.
Submerge both the faceplate and the spray gun head in a bowl of warm, soapy water.
Use a soft cloth or an old toothbrush to scrub the internal channels and the back of the dial.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water to ensure all sand, mineral deposits, or dirt are removed.
Submerge the head of the sprayer in white vinegar and soak for roughly an hour or until it looks visibly clear of any build-up.
Rinse with warm water to remove any excess white vinegar from the face of the sprayer.
Align the faceplate back onto the spray gun head and hold it in place firmly.
Insert the centre screw and turn clockwise until secured.

Rubber Selection Dial Disconnected
Symptom: The soft rubber protective ring around the outer edge of the spray head has become loose or detached. As a result, the underlying hard plastic housing is exposed.
