Symptom: The hose is getting tangled or is bunching on top of itself rather than layering smoothly across the hose box.

Hold the hose with one hand about a meter away from the reel. As you wind with the other hand, apply slight tension and manually guide the hose slowly from left to right.

Leaking from the leader hose entry point
Symptom: There is water leaking from around where the leader hose connects to the side of the Metal Hose Reel Cart.

If you are experiencing leaking from the leader hose entry point, please refer to step five ‘Install Crank Handle and Water Inlet’ of the Metal Hose Reel Cart Manual as well as the ‘Operation’ section to ensure all the correct steps have been followed.
